When the registration process is completed, you'll automatically be assigned a unique suite number. This number will be displayed in your dashboard and will be used as part of your street address.

Your membership plan includes a free parcel holding period. Once that period ends, a small daily storage fee is added to your account.
Any parcel remaining unclaimed after 30 days, without a prior agreement in place, may be disposed of at PostalGates’ discretion.

Any weight is accepted. Note that a surcharge of $1 per 1kg (2 lbs) is applied for weights over 22.7kg (50 lbs).

Any parcel that can pass through a standard 86.4 cm (34 inches) wide door and does not exceed 182.9 cm (72 inches or 6 feet) in length is accepted without a size surcharge.
Length surcharge: $5 for each additional 30 cm (12 inches) or fraction thereof beyond 182.9 cm (72 inches or 6 feet).
Storage surcharge: $10 per day for any parcel subject to a length surcharge.

We use a HP LaserJet Pro MPR 3301fdw (Colour or B&W are available) to print your document. We print your document on Legal or Letter format on a 20lb white paper.

Yes. We laminate documents in Letter (216 × 279 mm / 8.5 × 11 inches) and Legal (216 × 356 mm / 8.5 × 14 inches) formats.
Available thicknesses: 3 mil (approx. 0.076 mm) and 5 mil (approx. 0.127 mm).
